About the Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost management for this flagship project, ensuring value for money and financial efficiency. Working closely with a highly skilled team, your responsibilities will include procurement, contract management, and providing accurate cost analysis to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cost control across all project stages, from initial budgeting to final account.
  • Prepare, monitor, and forecast project budgets.
  • Oversee contract administration, including payments, valuations, and variations.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding the highest standards of service.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with some experience in Data Centre / Sub station projects.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations and contract management.
