Description:
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in managing contracts and projects.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Contract Management and Project Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience working with statutory boards or government agencies is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management & Administration: Lead and drive all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.Perform pre- and post-contract administration tasks for term contracts and minor improvement works.Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure progress payments align with cash flow projections, making timely payments to contractors and service providers.
- Documentation & Tendering: Prepare and manage tender and contract documents.Assist in preparing Invitation to Tender (ITT) / Invitation to Quote (ITQ) contract documentation, including organizing site show-rounds and tender interviews.Put up recommendation papers and liaise with government agencies as required.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Independently attend monthly meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address queries.Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure project success.Conduct weekly meetings with clients and prepare detailed minutes of meetings.
- Statutory Compliance & Experience: Work closely with statutory board clients and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
General Support: Assist in monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and resolving any contractual issues that arise.
