Description:

We are looking to hire Quantity Surveyor in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control, budget adherence, and profitability.
Prepare and present accurate cost reports, tracking project performance against budgets.
Handle procurement, tendering, and valuation of subcontractor packages, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Work closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Guide and support junior quantity surveyors, promoting professional development within the team.
Requirements:
A third-level degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience, ideally within a main contracting environment, with exposure to construction and civil engineering projects.
Chartered or actively pursuing chartership.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, coupled with excellent IT proficiency.
