HiSPACE PTE. LTD. is one company which provides installation, testing and commissioning of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System, Building management system (BMS) & Engineering smoke control system (ESCS).

Job Responsibilites:

• Review tender documents and raise if any queries to the client
• Send request for quotations to supplier and subcontractors
• Ensure all suppliers’ equipment selections and subcontractors’ quotations meet tender requirements
• Take off bill of quantities from the drawings
• Prepare costing summary and technical proposal for tender submission
• Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents, and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
• Manage procurement of materials and negotiation with suppliers & subcontractors
• Assist in monitoring the progress claims and payments
• Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts if necessary
• Site verifications of variation and take records for submission of claim
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers

Job Requirements:

• Candidates possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
