Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Sr QS) - Pre-Contract & Post-Contract in Aluminum and Façade Industries

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor (Sr QS) to join our team, specializing in both pre-contract and post-contract activities within the Aluminum and Façade industries. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in these sectors, bringing in-depth knowledge of contract management, cost control, procurement, and project lifecycle management. You will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effective delivery of high-quality projects, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, RICS, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with extensive experience in both pre-contract and post-contract roles.
Proven track record in the Aluminum and Façade industries, with solid knowledge of materials, systems, and challenges specific to these sectors.
In-depth understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, or other industry standard contracts.
Experience managing large-scale façade and aluminum projects from both a cost and contract management perspective.
