ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring cost efficiency, contract compliance, and value maximisation. You’ll work with Tier 1 contractors to SMEs across the North West, offering expert commercial guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Cost Planning & Tendering – Prepare cost plans, tender documents, and financial reports.
· Subcontractor Management – Oversee subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payments.
· Site Measurements – Conduct site visits to measure and assess work completed.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Attend meetings, submit payment claims, and liaise with clients.
· Commercial Strategy – Provide expert advice to optimise financial performance.
