Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare quotation, cost estimate, tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities
• Prepare, measure and estimate costing for tenders
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Perform all costs relating to projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures and undertaking costs analysis for the project work
• Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Measure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elements and prepare progress claim, payment certificate and VO preparation
• Assist Project Manager in procurement and sub-contracting matters
• Attend onsite and consultants’ meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related fields
• Fresh Graduates Welcome
• 5.5 work week unless attached on site- based on site condition
