QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in finance or a related discipline such as law,

engineering, or STEM.

  • Proficiency in English and fluency in a second European language (required).
  • An MBA, advanced degree, CFA, or CA is highly advantageous but not required.
  • Analyst: 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Associate: 2-4 years of work experience.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Quest is strategically positioned for sustained year-on-year growth, and due to this rapid
expansion, we are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Investment
Analyst/Associate. Our Investment Analysts work closely with the Investment Director and
have regular exposure to, and day-to-day interaction with, clients, lenders, and other
partners. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. If

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in executing Fuse Capital’s lending advisory activities as an integral member of

the deal team.

  • Review client financial information and conduct comprehensive analysis of financial

statements.

  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including integrated three-way

models (P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet).

  • Manage transactions and oversee the drafting and development of client business

overviews and Investment Memoranda (IMs).

  • Coordinate financial due diligence and loan documentation with clients and lenders,

ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage deliverables and facilitate the flow of deal information.
  • Stay abreast of relevant industry trends and developments to inform strategic

decision-making.

PREFERRED PRIOR ROLES / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in debt or equity advisory, PE or VC investment.
  • Front-office banking or research and analysis roles in commercial, corporate, and

institutional banking.

  • Experience in investment banking, M&A, leveraged and acquisition finance, or back-

office corporate finance execution teams.

  • Corporate development or in-house M&A roles.

This role requires strong technical skills, and candidates should ideally bring expertise in:

  • Advanced financial modelling and financial statement analysis.
  • Preparing high-quality marketing, investment, and/or credit papers, with the abilit
