Job Purpose

COMMERCIAL EXECUTION DEPARTMENT

As part of the Commercial Execution Department in Subsea Services Europe you will be responsible to ensure that inbound orders for all established Service Contracts align with the overall Commercial Execution Strategy.
You will be responsible for contractual matters and lead negotiations on Quotations and Purchase Orders (PO), and to proactively support the Projects / Service Lines on Variation Orders (VO).
As Quotation Manager you will play an important part in securing financial results for Subsea Services by ensuring commercial discipline within your area of responsibility, and maximize revenue and profit within established Service Contracts.
You will work closely together with the On- Offshore organization, Finance, Engineering and Tender Department to secure commitment to customer contract.
Job Description

Take on the full commercial ownership for all inbound Purchase Orders and Variation Orders.

• Drive commercial awareness and excellence within area of responsibility.
• Secure escalation and renewals of Service Contracts within area of responsibility.
• Ensure that all Purchase Orders and Variation Orders align with the overall commercial execution strategy.
• Be single point of contact for the negotiation of all Purchase Orders within your area of responsibility.
• Ensure that Quotations and Variation Orders are established in accordance with the terms of the Service Contracts:
• all offers submitted in accordance with relevant authority matrix
• review Requests for Quoatations (RFQ) and negotiate PO’s and VO’s within area of responsibility
• Responsible for hand-over of PO’s and potential changes/VO to Operations and Engineering
• Proactively seek opportunities to develop a more lean and cost efficient commercial operating model
• Maintain a system for tracking commercial communication:
• RFQ, Quotations/VOR , PO /VO
• Scope & CTR input to/from Operations and Engineering
• Provide feed-back to Sales & Tender ( “closed loop”)

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably in the commercial area of the business
• Experience with PowerBI preferred but not required
• Strong commercial understanding and experience
• Proven negotiation skills, adept at navigating complex discussions
• Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills, thriving in a small, lean team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of service-mindedness.
• A passion for creating and developing new initiatives within our emerging department.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and juggle multiple priorities effectively
