You will be responsible to::

  • Review and analyze the allocated resources (human resources, materials and/or processes) to comply with plan
  • Anticipate and monitor potential scheduling/planning/data management challenges, taking actions to mitigate risks; troubleshoots scheduling/planning/data problems; communicate and align alternative scenarios with other analythical departments as well as different R&D and manufacturing areas
  • Optimize the plan ensuring the existence of resources for the continuous production and maximizing efficiency
  • Monitor performance and apply action plans to improve result of KPI’s related to Planning/Scheduling: lead times, Plan Adherence, Right first time
  • Use scheduling, planning and data management tools according to the company’s best practices
  • Promote one single source of truth, data highly reliable and up to date
  • Perform to ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::

  • University, or equivalent, Business or scientific field (mandatory)
  • Requires educational / training experience in operations planning
  • Knowledge on planning of activities in R&D or industrial environment
  • Fluency in English is a requirement
  • Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
