Are you an experienced R&D engineer with a passion for innovation and an aptitude for problem-solving? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our Core Business Initiatives (CBI) team, driving the development and integration of cutting-edge materials, processes, and technologies into our products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Support Projects: Spearhead or collaborate on projects to explore and validate new materials, processes, or technologies for our products.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documents in line with regulatory and design control standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather input and develop plans that meet stakeholder requirements.
- Experimental Testing: Develop protocols, manage product builds, and oversee testing, transportation, and storage.
- Data Analysis: Conduct statistical analyses and create comprehensive reports with your findings and recommendations.
- R&D Representation: Represent the R&D function in cross-functional teams throughout the New Product Commercialization process.
