REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experienced in assembling or testing devices.
- Ability and willingness to work in an ISO 5 cleanroom environment.
- Proficient in assembling and disassembling instruments.
- Skilled in building prototypes with small components and assemblies.
- Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Strong communication, technical, and computer skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and minimal supervision required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years of experience in Semiconductor, MEMS, or Microelectronics equipment and processes.
- Hands-on experience in chemical handling and processing.
- CAD or SolidWorks experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with engineers on product and process design development and optimization.
- Assembles functional prototypes and provides feedback on the assembly process and design.
- Organizes, coordinates, and executes building and testing of prototypes per engineering instructions and defined test methods.
- Conducts routine preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Works with engineers and vendors to maintain, fix, calibrate, or qualify lab equipment.
- Conducts both wet and dry wafer fabrication processes in a cleanroom environment.
- Assists in the transfer of products from R&D to manufacturing.
- Drafts Manufacturing Process Instructions.
- Maintains laboratory areas to ensure they are neat, clean, and organized.
- Complies with all health and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
- Manages multiple project tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion.
