PepsiCo Internship Programme is 6-8month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire an R&D Foods Intern to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-8 months.

- We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sweet liquid and Savoury powder ingredient concentrate and application issue resolution including bench top preparation and scale-ups and stability testing
- Analytical testing to support the snacks forensics and brand stewardship team issue resolution process
- Responsible for Sweet and Savoury ingredient concentrate and application project related lab analysis.
THESE DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Ensuring all instrumentation used in the testing is calibrated and are in a suitable for use.
- Maintain good lab practice to a high standard /maintain accurate records
- Prepare lab notebooks
- Contributing to safety assessments/risk assessments
