KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Minimum Associates Degree required
Demonstrated ability to take direction from chemist, engineer, or technician
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to effectively use verbal, written and listening communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloa

Ability to assist in sample preparation and testing of new or existing products
Work in formulations lab environment
Preparation of formulations samples
Familiar with lab scales usage and calibration
Familiar with all raw ingredients physical characteristics such as organoleptic (color, smell, taste), bulk density, tapped density, particle size
Familiar with all flavoring ingredients usage and dosages
Familiar all excipients required for encapsulation and tableting
Create new and innovative flavor profiles
Ability to use divers taste masking agents in order to mask bad aftertaste of the specific raw ingredients
Mix test batches for new formulated products
Able to handle multiple test batches projects simulations
Familiar with good documentation practices
