KEYS TO SUCCESS
- University degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience and extensive expertise in hardware design in a leading position.
- Professional experience in Product Development Practices, Processes and Tools, preferably in the context of sophisticated analytical instruments.
- Experience in efficiently leading and inspiring teams is highly valued.
- Relevant design skills, knowledge of engineering design tools is highly desirable.
- Agile, creative thinking and a growth mindset, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement, passion to overcome boundaries in science and technology.
- We are seeking a team leader who excels in open communication and thrives in a collaborative and diverse environment.
- Motivating personality with an interdisciplinary approach that gets results.
- Trained to lead and to get decisions for comprehensive tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills and quick learning, comfortable with a high paced work environment.
