R&D laboratory engineer

In this position, you will conduct tests on products, materials, and components within the Oras Group RD laboratory. Your responsibilities include developing prototypes and functional models, analysing results, and preparing test reports. Furthermore, the role involves providing technical support throughout the product development process.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• The ability to learn and conduct root cause analysis
• Operate advanced testing equipment and interpret various outcomes
• Manage and present data
• Possess skills in machining, fabricating, and 3D printing.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
