QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Engineering, STEM fields, or a related technical discipline
- Extensive professional background in the relevant field
- Keen ability to read and analyze legal documents, with a passion for assessing their business impact
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, German is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Enable the organization to lead in regulation and sustainability by incorporating legal requirements and (eco)certifications early in the development process
- Monitor legislation and sustainability requirements, providing actionable recommendation to Global Marketing and R&D
- Drive the implementation to secure market access and competitive advantage
- Provide regulatory and sustainability services to sales organizations, supporting local marketers with customer inquiries and preparing technical documentation packages
- Simplify complex legal texts into understandable requirements for internal stakeholders and maintain high-quality regulatory documentation
- Develop tools and documentation R&D uses to ensure regulatory compliance, eco-certification and other sustainability-related data
- In collaboration with the corporate regulatory team, function as the regulatory support expert and discussion partner to R&D, QA, Global Marketing and other functions, external partners and Freudenberg business units
