Join our Research & Development team in Packing and Packaging, and lead the charge in developing innovative solutions that boost performance and sustainability commitment. In this role, you will oversee the efficiency and global standardization of prototypes for our newly developed packing lines, enabling sustainable packaging aligned with our company’s Planet promise. Global impact, innovation focus and environmental responsibility are guaranteed.

More over, you will:

• Be responsible for technology maturing processes
• Read Production Data, identify the losses linked to machinery, collect the loss evidence for further performance improvement (hands on work on the packing lines with high-speed camera, etc.)
• Create the packing platform (packing line used across the globe) performance improvement glidepath across all machines to achieve target performance of the platform
• Cooperate with R&D Specialists to deliver the improvements
• Predict the potential performance improvement and sets the clear prioritization of the tasks.
• Promote standardization and machine cohesion globally
• Support multi-site Production Operations
• Drive the knowledge transfer world-wide
• Delivering clear, transparent and timely communication in suitable detail to relevant collaborators at different organization levels including top management
• Identifying process and project areas suitable for optimization which would make us stronger and more efficient
