• Bridging and closing any gaps between the available or required Verification IP feature set and the Design IP verification of all its functions covering both the Controller and PHY. Reporting metrics and driving improvements of Verification IP
• Using your expertise to drive requirements for the Verification IP and ensure its correct usage and deployment by the teams in their verification strategies for both Controller and PHY
• Staying ahead of the evolving standard, understanding the minute details of future changes, ECNs, specification Errata’s – and driving this understanding into both the Verification IP and Design IP Teams
• Audit the testplans in both the Verification IP and Design IP to be best in class, ensuring they deliver what is needed in function, feature and quality to rise to this level – a shift left in readiness of features, checks and coverag
