EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and/or Technology, Chemical Engineering or Related Specialty

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 year experience in the food industry and/or R&D field.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Result-oriented with a positive outlook.
  • Self-driven, analytical problem-solving
  • Fluency in English language
  • Travel availability

SKILLS

  • Demonstrates understanding on how to incorporate business needs based on deep technical decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with multifunctional teams across the matrix organization
