• 3 years of experience in Research and Development
• Fluent Oral and Written English Skills

• Co-lead the Business Sustaining initiatives related to Fats, Oils & Additives (Open 1) and Wheat Florus, Cococas & Chocolates (Open 2) in a short, medium and long period to support the Business Continuity Plan for LATAM Biscuits and Grains.
• Identify and execute BCP’s / Productivity regarding to these categories initiatives for B&G category to deliver Business objectives
• Identify and co-lead LatAm sector strategies for ingredients harmonization for baking products, with special focus on fats & oils
• Support Ingredients contingencies together with Supply Chains to identify the root cause of the deviation and define an action plan to guarantee no business disruption.
• Assure business continuity by developing new/alternative of any food aditives and fats & oils suppliers assuring compliance to the Ingredients standards.
• Execute with excellence the new processes and systems implementation (E2E track, Accolade, PLM, Project System) and the documentation process alignment (Technical Stage Gate) for Productivity initiatives.
• Support to future ingredients agenda development according market trend and business priorities
• Support supplier networking agenda according business need
