ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join us as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in connecting our R&D and Industrial Department. In this exciting position, you will oversee the industrialisation of projects, ensuring they seamlessly transition from concept to production. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive improvement plans for our products, driving innovation, and enhancing efficiency. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Project Manager, you’ll manage key projects, ensuring the seamless integration of R&D and the Industrial Department. This includes providing status and performance updates to internal stakeholders, developing packaging projects in collaboration with Packaging Category Managers, and contributing to the industrial development strategy. You’ll play a crucial role in driving technical innovation, relating with engineering teams for feasibility studies, and managing the delivery of new product development (NPD) projects from brief to launch.
Throughout the project lifecycle, you will be responsible for defining and controlling project timings and budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed within the defined parameters. You will report any necessary escalations to your direct line manager and support product cost estimation within the range defined in the brief. Your expertise in project management and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the continuous improvement of our products.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your project management skills and contribute to the company’s growth by ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You’ll be at the forefront of technical innovation, collaborating with various departments to achieve our goals.
