  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with Smartsheet SaaS preferred
  • Exceptional abilities in conveying information effectively (both orally and in writing)
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Ability to establish working relationships with clients and functional partners
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and comfortable working on different projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 6-10 active projects from Early Development through GMP production and stability
  • Proactively address project risks to prevent blocking issues with both internal partners and clients.
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of all activities outlined in approved quotes
  • Manage client expectations efficiently with minimal assistance from Management
  • Adhere to standards of PM practice with respect to client communications and meeting agenda/minutes
  • Find potential opportunities for changes in scope and prepare promptly.
  • Attain the expertise to make recommendations on drug development strategies pertaining to assigned projects
  • Advocate for opportunities to improve performance of PM Department using PPI tools
  • Support special projects and teams as assigned by managemen
