KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Smartsheet SaaS preferred
- Exceptional abilities in conveying information effectively (both orally and in writing)
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ability to establish working relationships with clients and functional partners
- Well-organized, meticulous, and comfortable working on different projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 6-10 active projects from Early Development through GMP production and stability
- Proactively address project risks to prevent blocking issues with both internal partners and clients.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of all activities outlined in approved quotes
- Manage client expectations efficiently with minimal assistance from Management
- Adhere to standards of PM practice with respect to client communications and meeting agenda/minutes
- Find potential opportunities for changes in scope and prepare promptly.
- Attain the expertise to make recommendations on drug development strategies pertaining to assigned projects
- Advocate for opportunities to improve performance of PM Department using PPI tools
- Support special projects and teams as assigned by managemen
