Description:
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Consumer Psychology, Market Research or related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in guiding consumer and sensory research in a major consumer packaged goods company.
- Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, understanding of sensory testing methods, and appropriate data analysis procedures.
- Strong analytical skills- ability to interpret complex data and distill into useful and actionable information.
- IT/digitization skills, able to learn new systems quickly and to apply them in a fast-moving business environment.
- Cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and functions of the organization.
- Self-starter, self-motivating- very high drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity

Responsibilities:
- Progress EXP Digitization agenda through strengthening our data foundation, integrating and automating our insights, and developing predictive capabilities.
- Closely wire with EXP category partners to pilot and deliver high value digital business use cases.
- Be an ambassador to elevate digital upskilling and usage of key digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Data and Digital Solutions Team to decide and execute multifaceted transformational projects.
- Work closely with EXP global team to implement and promote EXP vision and mission.
- Collaborate with key external partners to both horizon scan and bring in-house new, cutting edge experience digital capabilities
