Your primary focus will be “hands-on” leadership of software development team for controlling gas chromatographs, auto-samplers and mass spectrometers. Collaborating closely with product management, hardware development team and customer support, you will play a vital role in delivering new features as well as sustaining of existing products.
You will have opportunity to lead small team of software developers, driving software projects from initiation to successful completion, following high software quality standards, cyber security guidelines, contribute to implementation activities depending on your technical skills and to coordinate other leadership activities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to foster the growth of your software colleagues by providing guidance and support in developing their skills and advancing their careers.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Proven 2+ years of software management or technical team leadership.
- Experience with software development for analytical instruments, industrial devices, or Windows desktop programs with peripherals.
- University degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Exceptional leadership skills that inspire and empower teams
- Solid knowledge of C#/.NET and software development process
- Willingness to learn about chromatography and mass spectrometry applications
