R&D Technician
Location is Burlington
Pay rate is 21.50

Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experimentation: Run tests and experiments following established protocols. Record and analyze data carefully.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep manufacturing equipment in good condition. Handle minor repairs and coordinate with maintenance teams.
  • Prototyping: Help create and assemble prototypes to meet design specs.
  • Production: Produce custom products according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze test results using software tools and help with technical reports.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and anticipate needs for custom components.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of experiments and results. Assist in preparing reports.
  • Collaboration: Work with engineering, scheduling, and production teams to meet goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the reliability of data and manufacturing processes.
  • Safety: Follow safety protocols and promote a safety culture in the lab.

Assets:

  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Welding would be an asset.
