Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing healthcare team. In this vital role, you will work alongside pharmacists to support high-quality patient care and ensure the safe, accurate, and effective use of medications. Key Responsibilities * Assist pharmacists in the accurate and efficient preparation and dispensing of medications. * Maintain proper medication inventory, including monitoring stock, placing orders, and processing returns. * Deliver exceptional patient service by responding to medication-related questions and health inquiries. * Utilize aseptic techniques when compounding sterile products, including IV infusions. * Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations, guidelines, and professional standards. * Document medication administration accurately within patient records. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals across departments to support optimal patient outcomes. * Participate in ongoing training and educational programs to stay current with pharmacy best practices. Location This position requires rotating between our eight medical centers throughout Miami-Dade County.
