Au sein de la Direction des modes constructifs, qui agit comme un service support pour l’ensemble des filiales du groupe, le RESPONSABLE DE PROGRAMME HORS-SITE & GRANDS PROJETS est chargé d’assurer le suivi des programmes de construction hors site et d’appuyer les filiales du groupe dans le suivi de certains grands projets. Gestion et suivi des programmes hors-site Piloter les opérations de construction hors-site, de la conception à la livraison ; Assurer la coordination entre les différents acteurs du projet (MOA, MOE, industriels, partenaires, etc.) ; Garantir le respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité des projets ; Anticiper et gérer les risques techniques, réglementaires et contractuels ; Assurer le suivi des performances (qualité, impact environnemental, retour d’expérience). Mise en place et gestion des contrats-cadres Identifier et sélectionner les bureaux d’études, bureaux de contrôle et architectes partenaires ; Rédiger et négocier les contrats-cadres avec les différents intervenants ; Suivre la bonne exécution des contrats et évaluer la performance des partenaires ; Mettre en place des process et outils pour optimiser la collaboration et la standardisation des projets. Gestion des Grands projets Superviser certains grands projets, en garantissant la bonne coordination entre les équipes Nexity et les exigences du client ; Maintenir une relation client fluide et assurer un reporting régulier auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes ; Veille et innovation ; Assurer une veille sur les innovations en construction hors-site et les évolutions réglementaires ; Participer aux réflexions stratégiques pour optimiser les process et industrialiser les méthodes de construction ; Être force de proposition pour intégrer des solutions durables et innovantes.
