Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Development Director - Rides and Attractions to lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of thrilling rides and attractions within our cutting-edge entertainment destination. This role is essential in creating unparalleled visitor experiences that enhance Qiddiya’s position as a premier leisure and entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia.
As the Development Director, you will oversee all aspects of rides and attractions development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with the company’s vision and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Leisure Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in the development of rides and attractions, theme parks, or entertainment venues.
  • Strong portfolio of successful projects showcasing innovative development and execution of rides and attractions.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations, industry standards, and technical requirements related to rides and attractions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and strategies.
