Assisting with inventory control, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages to senior kitchen staff. Following all health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Working efficiently and collaboratively to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations. Proper organization and storage of raw materials and finished products according to food safety guidelines. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar pastry position, preferably within hospitality or the luxury industry. Degree or Diploma in Pastry Arts / Culinary Arts. Knowledge of the English language.
