Define and document future-state workflow, governance, and access requirements. Provide migration guidance and recommend IAM governance best practices. Provide inputs, options, and recommendations to the IAM leadership team to support decision-making. Assist in generating project-specific reports and documentation as required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with a focus on governance, compliance, and lifecycle management. Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (access reviews, certifications, onboarding, and integrations). Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and Exchange. Solid understanding of IAM and security principles (least privilege, role-based access, segregation of duties). Proven experience handling manual and automated provisioning/deprovisioning at scale.
