About the role: As a Surgical Endoscopy Territory Manager (SE TM) at Boston Scientific, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue within your territory to meet or exceed your Sales Plan. This field-based role focuses on delivering innovative Flexible Endoscopy solutions and building strategic relationships across key clinical and administrative stakeholders. You will engage with a diverse call point including Colorectal, Minimally Invasive, Bariatric, Hepatobiliary, and Thoracic Surgeons, as well as Pulmonologists. Your success will be driven by your ability to provide clinical excellence, procedural support, and strategic account management. This TM will support the states of Wisconsin and Iowa. Your responsibilities will include: Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans designed to achieve revenue targets. Define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company's vision and priorities. Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts by training, educating, and selling innovative technologies. Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.
