Responsibilities:

As our Senior Corporate Strategy and M&A Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Management and execution on corporate strategy activities for the region, working with the regional Strategy and M&A team but also global Strategy and M&A team as well as key regional stakeholders
  • Support in evaluating growth and business development opportunities with relevant business divisional heads
  • Preparation of business cases for initiatives to create the strategic and financial rationale for prioritizing target investments
  • Engage in the negotiation of key agreements with external parties as it relates to strategic partnerships in conjunction with other DWS stakeholders
  • Support all major initiatives including M&A activities for the global business
  • Preparation of decision papers for DWS executive management team and presentation to the relevant committees
  • Responsible for the coordination of corporate secretariat, board and governance matters with regards to DWS joint ventures and strategic investments in APAC. Facilitate communication between DWS corporate functions and the various investee entities.
