In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Deepen your understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and project system accounting knowledge. Gaining experience in managing financial aspects can be invaluable for advancing your career in finance or accounting.
- Engage with various functions, including local finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders. This collaboration will help you develop strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Hone your analytical and problem-solving abilities by analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, investigating issues, and improving the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, helping to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Provide training to team members as requested and offer guidance to junior team members.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
- Proficient in operating ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:
- Finance Shared Services environment
- General Ledger Accounting
