  • Exceptional Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate teams, with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders and produce clear analyses, reports, and recommendations.
  • Advanced Clinical Expertise and Strategic Thinking: Extensive experience in breast imaging, combined with expertise in strategic planning, program development, and implementation, as well as a proactive approach to service innovation and improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Partnership Building: Demonstrated ability to think both pragmatically and innovatively to resolve complex issues, alongside experience in building partnerships with health providers and community organisations.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of mammography techniques, emerging imaging technologies, medico-legal considerations, benchmarking, and public sector management standards, including Equal Opportunity and Work Health and Safety policies.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for excellence in radiographic services? As the Radiographic Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality radiographic services in both screening and assessment clinics at BreastScreen SA (BSSA). In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with state and national regulations, while upholding the highest standards of accreditation in alignment with the BreastScreen Australia (BSA) program.
In addition to managing service delivery, you will represent BSSA at the national level, contributing your expertise to key committees and initiatives that shape policy, planning, and advancements within the BSA program. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with strategic leadership, making a meaningful impact on women’s health outcomes across the state and nation.
