Job Overview:
To provide a specialized image of a body part for purposes of medical interpretation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- ARRT Certification in Radiation Technology required.
- NJ radiology license required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of radiology technician experience strongly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Essential Functions:
- Using medical imaging equipment to produce images of tissues and vessels.
- Preparing equipment as needed for use, positioning patients for imaging, ensuring patient safety during exams, quality control monitoring of equipment, and assessing Lead aprons for annual inspection and reports.
