Job Description: As the Medical Radiologist Technician - Clinic Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team within the Pain Intervention Clinic. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our services, ensuring efficient and accurate diagnostic imaging for our patients. This position requires a strong background in medical imaging, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current licensure as a MRT in Canada.
  • Experience with Fluoroscopy Machine
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in medical imaging, with a focus on MSK.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary team and drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, compassion, and empathy.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and proficiency in computerized imaging and reporting software.
