Description:

RHCNZ is running Radiologist Fellowships across the country with a range of specialities to learn and enhance your skills for your career journey.

  • 12 month RHCNZ
  • Pacific Radiology Fellowship in MSK
  • Canterbury
  • Flexible and can tailor the training programme to your career journey
  • Learn from experts in their field and be part of a wider learning programme

Our one-year Musculoskeletal (MSK) Fellowships consists of multimodality diagnostic training with a strong focus on diagnostic MRI work.
The Fellows will gain hands-on experience in image-guided procedures such as joint injections, arthrograms, and biopsies. They will also participate in regular conferences, case reviews, and work closely with referring specialists. From this experience the Fellows will build relationships and a breath of networks across the organisation.
Graduates of the fellowship will have advanced knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal disorders and will be well-prepared to work as specialists in musculoskeletal radiology, providing valuable diagnostic support to Orthopedic surgeons, Sports physicians, Rheumatologists, and other specialists.
RHCNZ is committed to ongoing progress in Radiology and in such is continuing to invest in research infrastructure. As part of your Fellowship, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in research with industry leaders who can support you with all the requirements around that.
All fellows work closely session to session with one Radiologist as their Supervisor. However being with RHCNZ you have access to all the radiologists at Auckland Radiology/Bay Radiology/Pacific Radiology and will have the opportunity to learn from this breadth of Radiologists to help you grow your career.
RHCNZ Medical Imaging, comprising of Pacific Radiology, Bay Radiology and Auckland Radiology is New Zealand’s leading radiology services provider, providing imaging, reporting and contract services within New Zealand. We’re proudly focused on providing world-class radiology, delivered locally.
