- Administrative Expertise: Experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a health setting, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, electronic appointment/booking systems, and high-standard keyboard skills.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Capacity to assimilate new information, implement changes positively, problem-solve under pressure, and take initiative while meeting deadlines autonomously or as part of a team.
- Relevant Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology, Work Health Safety policies, customer service principles, and administrative practices within a public hospital setting.

As the Administrative Officer in the Radiology Department, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of an efficient and high-quality Radiology service. Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor Radiology and Practice Manager QE Specialist Centre Medical Imaging, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks essential for maintaining a seamless and effective patient reception and service experience.
Working as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will assist clients and provide operational and administrative support in accordance with established policies and procedures. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the Radiology department, helping to deliver outstanding care to patients and contributing to the overall success of the healthcare service.
