Responsibilities:
Working with a supportive team and providing high levels of service to our customers and operations, you will:
- be a main contact between contractors, dispatch points and planning teams, facilitating relationships that yield continuous improvement
- work with our operations and planning teams to monitor information and priorities, ensuring the correct scheduling of products for distribution on our rail networks
- execute transport plans and effectively monitor warehouse performance, identifying any opportunities for improvement
- work closely with our internal stakeholders including our transport, sales and warehouse teams to coordinate the most efficient and cost-effective delivery schedules for our customers
