KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, required
- One (1) year of related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the Canada/US LTL transportation rules
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to work with high volume of workload while maintaining focus and high accuracy results
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and process analysis skills including strong attention to detail
- Ability / willingness to learn new applications, software, systems, and equipment as required
- Ability to manage competing and changing priorites
- Strong verbal, reading and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Rate/audit freight bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer agreements and FedEx tariff
- Provide support to Account Managers regarding account issues
- Apply surcharges according to the last tariff in place
- Process Service Centre corrections to bills
- Communicate with other departments to provide or request information as needed
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required
