As the Planning Analyst at DHL, you’ll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your strong analytical skills to drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.

  • Analyse and reporting of work flows– develop automated reporting formats
  • Detailed data analysis on SKU behavior to optimize productivity in an automated picking system
  • Proactive Qualitative analysis and business Insight
  • Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports
  • Reviewing reports from the Autostore Synq system to suggest Continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and assist in ensuring customers efficiencies are improved and maximised
  • Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS and Access
  • Experience to Automated warehouse environment preference with an Autostore system.
  • Experience of Automation problem-solving ability and the ability to logically work through and find the source of errors.
  • Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
  • Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
  • Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation
  • Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
