MEILLÄ ON PAIKKA SINULLE RAVINTOLAN VUOROPÄÄLLIKKÖ

Etsimme ammattitaitoista ravintolan vuoropäällikköä Scandic Rukahoviin täydentämään tiimiämme.
Talvikaudella työhön kuuluu vahvasti conference&banqueting osastomme operatiivisen toiminnan varmistaminen. Lisäksi ravintolan vuoropäällikkönä toimit ympärivuoden a la carte ravintola Kaltiokivessä tärkeässä tiimiä tukevassa roolissa.
Työsuhde on vakituinen ja kokoaikainen. Mikäli työ alkaa syksyllä 2024 voimme tarjota majoitusta kimppakämpässä ensimmäisen 2-3 kuukautta.

WE HAVE A POSITION FOR YOU RESTAURANT SHIFT LEADER

Scandic Rukahovi is looking for a full time (112,5h/3weeks) and permanent restaurant shift leader.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RESTAURANT SHIFTLEADER:

Our restaurant staff creates and serves delightful food and drinks daily. Sustainability and responsibility are important to us. We hope you appreciate, like us, food prepared according to sustainable development principles, fresh ingredients, individualized service, and have a desire to further develop our food concept.
As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the dining area during your shift, guiding your team to create an efficient work atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with Scandic’s concepts. Additionally, you naturally excel in upselling and providing excellent and genuine customer service.

As a leader, we expect you to have a strong ability to build trust within your team, organization, and all stakeholders, leading by example for your team, setting inspiring goals, reinforcing the skills of your team members, and adopting a coaching approach. All leadership should be grounded in Scandic’s values: Be Caring, Be You, Be A Pro, and Be Bold. Additionally, as a Restaurant Shiftleader, we expect from you:

  • Previous managerial experience
  • Good knowledge of food and beverages
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a passion for customer service
  • Flexibility, courage, and problem-solving skills even in unexpected situations
  • Strong communication skills in both Finnish and Englis
