Raw Material Quality Analyst - FMCG | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Raw Material Quality Analyst for a prominent and leading company in the food and beverage sector, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure test results, quality issues, and activities are documented in Quality Control (QC) log book properly to identify any discrepancy.
• Ensure that the raw material sampling is done and analyzed as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain relevant documents for future examination.
• Perform all required tests for raw materials as per the Material Control Plan (MCP).
• Monitor the test results of raw materials and highlight quality issues to the Quality Manager (QM) in a timely manner.
• Calibrate raw materials lab testing equipment as per frequency.
• Monitor the test results and highlight issues to the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer promptly to take proactive measures.
• Investigate raw material quality issues on line and communicate to SQA Engineer through Non-Conforming Product Action Request (NCPAR).
• Actively participate in Proficiency Testing Schemes for sugar and submit the results as per deadline.
