For our office in Cork we are looking for a RC (Responsable du Contrôle du Respect des Obligations) MLRO Support Officer to join our growing team.

• Collation of information of quarterly updates with KYC team and further investigation of any high risk/complex parties for input into RC/MLRO report.
• Maintenance and oversight of tracker for all board meetings for mandated clients.
• Collation of information for KPI process – 1st check.
• Assistance with the client onboarding checklist.
• Maintenance of accurate records and information and mailbox management.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines in Luxembourg (CSSF) and Ireland (CBI) and data integrity policies.
• Report to team lead on information requests, progress and issues.
• Updating and maintaining information on our computer databases and computer systems.
• Assist in the role out of procedures & processes.
