Description:

A 12 month fixed term full time opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Band 4 Trainer to join our friendly, award-winning RCE Wellbeing Hub team, delivering sessions predominantly online and in our Peterborough and Cambridge Hubs.
RCE Wellbeing Hub is a collaborative, educational learning environment, which aims to convey messages of hope, control and opportunity to all.
We are seeking a Trainer to co-produce and deliver high quality and relevant courses. The post holder will establish a supportive and respectful relationship with all students of the Wellbeing Hub and represent the Wellbeing Hub and the wider recovery team at conferences and Trust events.
We are looking for someone ambitious, creative and person-centred, to support our new and exciting developments in delivering on our 6 week Wellbeing Discovery Programme to support a Waiting Well pathway for ADHD and ASD teams.
The post holder will hold a professional teaching qualification and have lived experience of health challenges.

Co-deliver high quality , evidence based co-produced courses that last between 90 minutes a nd 7 hours in length. These courses will be a mix of online and face to face teaching and this may be in the community or based in CPFT sites / inpatient wards . Timetabling permitting you will be expected to deliver training around 80% of your working week.
Role model ‘living well’ and authentic recovery staff and students by sharing your own practical lived experience and recovery journey within an educational setting and environment.
Participate i n the co-production of a minimum of two new courses a term. This includes participating in co-production meetings, course development, creating PowerPoints and supporting the creation of activities and learning aids.
Contribute to weekly meetings where you will feedback on work priorities/commitments to the wider team .
R epresent , promote and network for the RCE Wellbeing Hub online via social media platforms and face to face / remotely via community and Trust events within the county .
Value and promote the personal, social, cultural and spiritual uniqueness each student has .
Act as a positive role model showing professional and caring attitudes and behaviour towards other multi-disciplinary team members, peers and carers.
Raise awareness of recovery language with Trust staff by modelling positive strengths based, non-discriminatory, non-jargon, non-medicalised language in all areas of work .
Act as the first line of support for volunteers in relation to mentoring the volunteer placement ensur ing that they complete all induction paperwork with the new volunteer in a timely manner .
Support the Peer Support Worker agenda by offering training to Peer Support Workers via the RCE Wellbe i ng Hub and at Peer Forums, Preceptorship and other PSW based events
