We are now looking for a Reach Truck Driver to join us on a permanent basis. This will be a shift pattern of 40 hours, Monday - Friday.

The Role
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will support warehouse operations at our Grange Park site at Northampton, handling goods in and goods out in a safe manner.
Specifically, you will ensure that all goods are handled correctly to minimise damage and follow proper manual handling techniques, as well as using a reach truck to move products.
You will also be responsible for carrying out equipment checks and reporting any concerns, defects or issues to your line manager promptly.

Additionally, you will:

• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, including wearing PPE
• Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory tracking
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement

About You

To be considered as a Reach Truck Driver, you will need:

• A current or previous Reach Truck licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good understanding of both written and verbal English
• The ability to work as part of a team
