Job Description:
We are seeking a talented React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a cutting-edge drag-and-drop user interface for our CPQ solution. This interface will enable users to model and build UIs simultaneously, with AI integrated deeply into the experience to enhance functionality and user engagement. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and AI teams to bring this innovative project to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a dynamic drag-and-drop UI using React that allows users to model and build interfaces seamlessly.
• Integrate advanced AI functionalities to enhance user experience and interface capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI specialists, designers, backend engine development teams, and product managers.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role.
• Strong understand of complex state management in a large React application
• Experience with AI integration in web applications is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Proficiency in React and its core principles.
• Familiarity with React workflows (such as TanStack Query or Redux Toolkit).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and build systems.
• Experience with RESTful+gRPC APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Vite, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Preferred:

• Proven track record working on a React front-end with regular releases and updates being shipped.
• A passion for staying up to date on technologies without “building by hype”.
