Overview:
Prodapt is seeking a Developer to join our Enterprise/COTS team. The Developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining COTS products as per customer requirements. The role will be based in any Prodapt location, across the globe and will report to the Lead Designer.

Responsibilities:

• COTS Application Development: Write and implement code independently to develop and support COTS application
• Requirement Mapping: Map the customer requirements to COTS Features or the Interfaces available in the Low Level Design
• Product Analysis: Distinguish between a Customization vs Feature based on a given set of requirements independently
• Deployment: Assist Infrastructure team in COTS solution deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Telecom (eTOM, TAM, SID frameworks) - basics,
• OSS/BSS business process- basics
• Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, SfI CPQ/OM
• MSc/BE /Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science (desired)
• Work experience (0-4 years)
• Adapt/ Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a COTS Application development or maintenance with some Telco
