ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Liaise with the NBS sales rep to collect all necessary business collaterals.
  • Set up advertisers account on Google Ads Platform
  • To setup appropriate Tags basis, the Business Model & Marketing Objective
  • Link MCC accounts and update internal platforms with advertisers contact details.
  • Get sign-off from Kickstart+ sales reports on accuracy and completion before account handover.
  • Ensuring adherence to timeliness & quality metrics
  • Resolve high volume of support requests from internal sales teams in a fast, precise, andprofessional manner; mostly written, but in some cases live phone calls
  • Develop mastery of the product, and use this to resolve support requests and escalate ifnecessary
  • Identifying the most efficient solution and escalating bugs & technical

Responsibilities:

The objective of the Readiness Specialist is to support the New Business Sales (NBS) reps during the sales cycle on a number of tasks which we refer to as workflows. This support provides NBS with the opportunity to focus on customer conversation and reduces the time they need to spend on non-selling tasks. The support offered by the Readiness Specialist also lends itself to a great customer experience. A Readiness Executive’s role is to be the day-to-day point of contact for all Google Ads campaigns.
